align with businesses normal "hours of operation", to 24 x 7 coverage.

support contracts, at no additional cost.

Cooperative Parts Replacement
Coverage provides our customers with technical phone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A system engineer can dial-in to your system to monitor error logs and
environmental status. If on-site service is required, eight (8) hour on site
response is guaranteed, with all time and travel expenses billable to
customer. EMS EmPower ® Critical Event Software can be added to your
service contract. Critical spares are included at no additional cost.
Basic Coverage provides our customers with coverage from 8:00 am until
5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a guaranteed four (4) hour on-site response
time; as well as, technical phone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A
system engineer can dial-in to your system to monitor error logs and
environmental status. EMS EmPower ® Critical Event Software can be added to your
service contract. Critical spares are included at no additional cost.
Basic Plus Coverage provides our customers with coverage from 7:00
am until 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a guaranteed four (4) hour
on-site response time; as well as, technical phone support 24 hours a day, 7
days a week. A system engineer can dial-in to your system to monitor
error logs and environmental status. EMS EmPower ® Critical Event Software can
be added to your service contract. Critical spares are included at no
additional cost.
